The Dexcom G4 PLATINUM System lets

yousetprolestochoosethewayyouwant

your alerts to act. This feature is found under

theProlesoptionontheMainMenu.You

cansetyourproletothesoundpatternand

volumethattsyourneeds.

Yourproleoptionsare:

1. Vibrate

2. Soft

3. Normal

4. Attentive

5. HypoRepeat

Foreachproleoption,therstalertisvibrationonly.

Regardlessofwhichalertproleyouchose,ifyouconrmtherst

vibrate alert, you will not get a sound alert.

When you choose your prole setting this setting applies to all

alerts, alarm and prompts.

Withineachprolesetting,eachalerthasitsownuniquesoundpattern,

tone and volume level. This lets you to easily identify each alert and

alarm and its meaning.
